Minna Rhode

Minna Rhode serves as the R&D Manager for the Underground Mining Equipment Division at Epiroc since January 2023, focusing on establishing a dedicated R&D department for products manufactured in Nashik. Prior experience includes the role of Engineering Manager at TechnipFMC from December 2021 to January 2023, leading the Technology and Product Management Team in Hyderabad to effectively manage project scopes and costs. At Hyva, as General Manager R&D from April 2016 to December 2021, Minna was responsible for the engineering and new product development of various equipment, achieving DSIR recognition for the in-house R&D unit in Pune. Previous positions include Deputy General Manager of Product Engineering at JCB India Ltd., where Minna managed the development of excavators, and project leadership at Motherson Sumi Infotech & Designs and Escorts Construction Equipment Ltd., where notable innovations and patent filings were accomplished. Educational credentials include an Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur.
