Robert Lejonberg is currently the R&D Transfer Lead at Epiroc, where they focus on developing environmentally friendly Battery Electric Vehicles for the global underground mining industry. Previously, they served as a Fluid Power Engineer at Epiroc from 2016 to 2023 and were responsible for developing high-performing battery-electric underground vehicles. Their earlier experience includes positions as Section Manager at TTS Group, where they worked on large offshore cranes, and as M.Sc. Package Responsible Engineer at Odfjell Drilling, handling maritime surveys for drilling packages. Lejonberg obtained a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Fluid Power and Mechatronics from Linköpings universitet from 2002 to 2008.
