Sofia Bratt

Sofia Bratt is an accomplished R&D Manager at Epiroc, leading the Surface Division's operational excellence and new development projects. Previously, they served as Project Manager at Atlas Copco Rock Drills AB and Technical Project Manager at Atlas Copco, where they honed their skills in project management and systems engineering. Sofia began their career as a Design Engineer at Vossloh Nordic Switch Systems AB. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Örebro universitet and have furthered their education with studies at the University of New Brunswick and Project Management Institute, where they earned a PMP certification.
