Aysen Tan

Aysen Tan has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Lead in Test Engineering at Epirus since 2022. In this position, they are responsible for overseeing the testing of high-power microwave products and leading cross-functional teams. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Product Test Engineer at the same company, where they led the testing of the flagship product and collaborated with various stakeholders. Aysen also has experience as a Product Test Engineer at Epirus, where they designed and validated test stands and served as an expert in environmental qualification testing. Before joining Epirus, Aysen worked at Experior Laboratories as a Project Engineer, managing multiple programs concurrently and acting as a liaison between the company and clients. They also worked as a Test Engineer at Experior Laboratories, conducting various tests and designing custom fixtures. Earlier in their career, Aysen worked as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at UCLA Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics, where they contributed to aerospace research projects. Aysen also has experience in photography and event coordination from their roles at the City of Ventura and The Foothill Dragon Press.

Aysen Tan completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Foothill Technology High School from 2010 to 2014. Aysen also holds a certification in IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronics Assemblies from IPC. The specific month and year when the certification was obtained are unknown.
