David "Hassle" Hoffman is a retired military leader with extensive experience in flight test engineering and program management, specializing in advanced aeronautics and weapon systems. Educated at the Virginia Military Institute, Hoffman earned degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Flight Test Engineering, and Strategic Studies, among others. They held leadership roles within the United States Air Force, including command of significant programs and teams, and directed initiatives that supported next-generation weapon capabilities. Currently, Hoffman serves as President of Hoffman Enterprises LLC, providing strategic consulting in the aerospace and defense sectors, and as a Technical Program Manager at EpiSci, focused on developing trusted autonomy.
