Rob Denroche

Rob Denroche is a Senior Data Scientist at EpiSign Inc, specializing in bioinformatics with a strong foundation in programming and machine learning applications. They have extensive experience in cancer next-generation sequencing (NGS), having contributed to the development of sophisticated pipelines and analytical methods for various research initiatives, including the PanCuRx Translational Research Initiative. Rob has previously held roles as a Research Associate at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research and as a Senior Bioinformatician at Deep Genomics, where they co-led projects aimed at identifying gene targets and refining genomics pipelines. They earned both an MSc in Computing and a BComp in Biomedical Computing from Queen's University, along with a project management certification from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
