Sofia Aviles

Sofia Aviles has a long and varied work experience. Sofia began their career in 2006 at AT&T as a Technical Specialist. In 2014, they moved to Bell in the same role. In 2016, they joined AFP CONFIA as a Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2017, they began working at Focus El Salvador as a Technical Project Manager, Implementation Engineering Team Lead, Lead Quality Engineer, and Quality Assurance Software Engineer. Later that year, they joined Lifesize as a Technical Services Manager and Software Quality Engineer. In 2022, they began working at Episode Six as an IT Project Manager, responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, and overseeing E6 IT projects.

Sofia Aviles attended Universidad Francisco Gavidia from 2014 to 2021, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer Science. Sofia also obtained a certification in Human Talent Management and Skills Development from Universidad Francisco Gavidia in 2022. Additionally, they hold certifications in CCASS and UCASS from Intelisys.
