Michael Cutuli

Michael Cutuli is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in people operations, compensation, and benefits management. Currently serving as Senior Director of People Operations at Episource since November 2017, Michael has previously held key roles including Corporate Director of Compensation and Benefits at Superior Industries, where oversight of global HR programs for 4,000 employees was paramount. Additional positions include leadership roles at LRN, ServiceCraft Logistics, and DaVita, among others. Michael began a career in human resources at The Germantown Hospital & Medical Center, marking over four decades of expertise in various aspects of HR. Educational credentials include a BA in Psychology and Personnel & Labor Relations from La Salle University and a high school diploma from Archmere Academy.
