Ali Berri

Ali Berri has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ali is currently working as a Financial Analyst III at EPITEC. Previously, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Astria Health from June 2021 to January 2022.

Prior to that, Ali Berri held the role of Financial Analyst at Learning Care Group from November 2019 to June 2020, where they prepared financial models and investment memos for private equity backed roll-ups of daycare centers, identified cash flow improvements, and supported the creation of investment memorandums.

From July 2018 to November 2019, Ali Berri worked as a Financial Analyst at MiraMed: A Global Services Company, leading the integration of Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) Cloud and managing audit and financial planning and analysis tasks.

Ali also worked as an Acquisitions Research Analyst at Centria Healthcare from January 2018 to July 2018, maintaining an internal database of prospect acquisitions, forecasting cash flows, and contacting senior executives of prospect acquisition firms.

Ali Berri started their career as a Private Equity Analyst Intern at K&A Affiliates, LLC from September 2017 to December 2017, where they constructed industry research, reviewed investment theses, and built databases of target companies and calculated acquisition multiples.

Before that, Ali Berri was a Private Equity Analyst Intern at Five Oaks Management Partners from April 2017 to August 2017, conducting industry research, developing investment theses, and performing financial modeling for business valuation and industry analysis.

In 2015, Ali Berri founded Macro Magazine, where they published an interactive PDF newsletter, developed financial market research reports, and prepared financial models.

Ali also worked as a Student Trainer at Adventis CG from January 2015 to May 2015, assisting students with financial modeling and conducting presentations on Adventis CG's financial modeling certification.

Lastly, Ali Berri worked as a Student Ambassador at Bloomberg L.P. from September 2013 to December 2014, promoting the Bloomberg Aptitude Test (BAT) to students and proctoring BAT exams held on campus.

Ali Berri completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Walsh College in 2016. In addition, Ali obtained certifications in Equity Essentials, Fixed Income Essentials, Commodity Essentials, and FX Essentials from Equity Essentials in February 2013.
