Alia H. has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alia started their career in 2010 as an America Counts Math Tutor, where they developed math strategies and assisted elementary students with their math skills. From 2013 to 2014, Alia worked at Western Michigan University as a First Year Experience Co-Instructor/Ambassador, creating volunteer activities and mentoring college freshmen. In 2014, they worked as an Event Associate at Proof Management, Inc., implementing direct marketing strategies and building relationships with store managers. In 2015, Alia joined Kelly as a Customer Care Representative, conducting conference calls with creditors and updating credit reporting. Alia also worked at Credit Technologies, Inc. from 2015 to 2022 as a Second Production Lead, responsible for assessing employee compatibility, leading training groups, and collaborating on training retention strategies. Currently, Alia works at EPITEC as a Recruiter.
