Bill Roeca is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer who has extensive experience in the field of quality engineering. They served as a Senior Design Quality Engineer and later as Principal Design Quality Engineer at Bard Access Systems before holding the position of Associate Director of Quality Engineering at BD from 2009 to 2022.
