Dr. Dusko Lukac

Dr. Dusko Lukac has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Dr. Dusko started their career in 2001 as a Lecturer, Head of CAE Laboratory, and Robotics Laboratory at Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, where they also served as a Member of the University Senate. Dr. Dusko was involved in building and supporting cooperation with industry companies and educational institutions, as well as leading R&D projects.

In 2005, they became an Examiner in the Examination Board "Mechatronics" of the Cologne Chamber of Industry and Commerce, where they assessed performance in exams and supervised project assignments.

Dr. Lukac also worked at EPLAN, first as an EPLAN Trainer, then as a Manager of E-Learning, and later as a Team Leader of Education. In these roles, they were responsible for training and education programs.

Dr. Dusko served as a Lay Judge at Landgericht Bonn and as a Sworn Interpreter and Translator at Oberlandesgericht Köln, where they provided support in the legal field.

Dr. Lukac also had roles outside the academic and legal fields, such as being a Member of the Integration Council at Kreisstadt Siegburg and an External Lecturer at RBZ Rheinisches Bildungszentrum Köln gGmbH.

Additionally, they worked as an External Trainer and Auditor at EPLAN Software & Services with RFH Köln gGmbH - University of Applied Sciences, where they developed and internationalized certification programs.

Dr. Dusko'smost recent position is the Head of Education at EPLAN, a role they took on in 2021.

Dr. Dusko Lukac has an extensive education history. Dr. Dusko obtained their Bachelor's degree in General Electrical Engineering and Robotics from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln in 2001, followed by a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree specializing in Sales Management and Production Management from the same university in 2015. In 2006, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business, Cross-Cultural Analysis, and Strategic Management from the University of East London. Dr. Lukac further pursued their academic journey by completing a PhD from Cracow University of Economics between 2007 and 2011, with their thesis focusing on Cross-Cultural Analysis, Strategic Management, and International Business.

In addition to their academic degrees, Dr. Lukac has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. These certifications include The DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 from TÜV Rheinland Group in 2019, NLP Fundamentals from Volkshochschule Emden e. V. in 2018, and Introduction to SQL and Relational Databases from VHS Bielefeld in 2017, among others.
