Mateo Vondey currently serves as Head of UX Research at EPLAN, a position held since November 2023. Mateo also contributed as a University Lecturer in Consumer Research at Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences from July 2018 to September 2020, and worked as a User Experience Strategist at QVC from October 2010 to November 2015. Earlier career stages included a role as Senior Consultant in Customer Experience and Marketing Strategy at SapientNitro from July 2006 to December 2010. Key areas of expertise encompass customer experience, user research, marketing strategy, web analytics, information architecture, and usability engineering.
