Michael Plähn is a seasoned professional in business enablement and sales development, currently serving as the Business Enablement Manager at EPLAN since July 2015. In this role, Michael focuses on enhancing customer benefits through global colleague support within the Customer Journey department. Previously, as a Sales Development Manager, responsibilities included facilitating knowledge transfer from innovation teams, while roles as Named Account Manager and Account Manager involved direct customer engagement and process improvement. Prior experience at EPLAN Software & Service GmbH & Co. KG entailed consulting on optimization workshops and complex software product implementations. Michael's career began at Imtech Marine Germany, where project management for mega yacht newbuildings and electrical installations was the focus. Educational background includes training as an Energieelektroniker at Deutsche Bahn from 1992 to 1995.
