Tim Stegmann's work experience includes being the Head of Business Development Master Data at EPLAN since September 2019. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of mentorbird GmbH, a proprietary trading firm specializing in short selling options in the US markets. Tim also held the position of Head of International Sales & Business Development at WSCAD GmbH - ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, where they were responsible for the company's international growth. Tim Stegmann has also been involved in various other roles such as being a shareholder & CEO at Atec Innovation GmbH, a shareholder & member of the supervisory board at Zypalis AG, and a co-founder & CEO of advancedPLM GmbH. Tim was also the founder, CEO, and minor shareholder of workNX AG, a provider of PLM solutions. Tim Stegmann has further experience working at IBM Deutschland GmbH as a Sales Representative & Functional Team Leader, and at Hewlett-Packard as a Sales Trainer within the Business Partner Channel.
Tim Stegmann holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the University of Applied Sciences, Kempten, Germany. In 2013, they obtained Executive Certificates in both Creating a Winning Strategy and Becoming a Leader (in the Jack Welch way) from the Jack Welch Management Institute at Strayer University. Additionally, Tim was a participant in the Chinese Business Program at Ocean University of Qingdao.
