REX PALOMA is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in solutions engineering, infrastructure management, and technical consulting. Currently serving as AVP and Head of Solutions Engineering at Ardent Networks Inc. since November 2025, REX has held pivotal roles at various organizations. These include Technical Solutions Manager and Architect at IBM, where strategic client relationships were developed with the Bank of the Philippine Islands, as well as leadership positions at ePLDT, Inc. and Globe Telecom, focusing on IT infrastructure planning and solutions consulting. With a strong foundation in system architecture and cloud technologies, REX has a proven track record of aligning IT capabilities with business needs and delivering innovative solutions across multiple sectors.
