Pete Marnoch

Pete Marnoch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partnership development and sales management. Currently serving as the Head of Partnerships at Eploy since September 2024, Pete previously held the position of Director of Partnerships at Thrive from January to September 2024, and was the Director of Platform Partnerships at Docebo from October 2022 to January 2024. Prior roles include Head of Sales at MHR, where responsibilities included developing and selling propositions while leveraging strategic relationships with major organizations such as Microsoft and IBM, and roles in business development and client services at MidlandHR and Northgate Information Solutions. Pete holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of Staffordshire, attained between 1993 and 1997.
