Craig Pitzen

Craig Pitzen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in renewals management and account management. Currently serving as Renewals Team Lead at ePlus inc. since January 2016, Craig has also held roles as Senior Enterprise Renewals Lead and Renewals Lead within the same company. Prior to that, Craig worked at Convergys/Cisco for nearly two decades, from December 1996 to December 2015, as an Account Manager. Craig holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from UW Oshkosh, where studies were completed from 1994 to 1996, and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from UW Sheboygan, completed from 1992 to 1994.
