Rachel Bonner

Rachel Bonner is a skilled collaboration engineer with extensive experience in technical support and troubleshooting within voice network environments. Currently serving as an MSC Tier II Collaboration Engineer at ePlus Inc. since January 2021, Rachel manages products such as CUCM, CUC, UCCX, and SIP Trunks. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at SMP-CORP in various capacities, focusing on Unified Communications Suite management and pursuing professional certifications. Rachel's career began at EarthLink, where roles included troubleshooting voice issues and working with automated ticketing systems, and also included tenure at Windstream Communications and Anheuser-Busch, where foundational IT skills were developed. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Monroe Community College.
