Andy Mackey is the COO and co-owner of EPM Ltd, part of the Citation Group, where they deliver HR and payroll services to the education sector. Previously, Andy held various leadership positions at Capita, including Automation Director and IT Director for Primary Care Services England, where they managed significant P&L responsibilities and oversaw transformative projects. With a rich background in IT and operations management spanning several organizations, Andy also led a £14M UK-wide transformation program at Azets, significantly enhancing the company's EBITDA. They earned an M.Eng in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Liverpool.
