Matt McDermott is currently the Head of Community at nEdEx, part of EPM, an education network for senior leaders in schools and trusts. Previously, they served as Chair of the Advisory Board and Founder of the Multi Academy Trust Association (MATA), successfully establishing a national organization that supported over 600 trusts. Matt's experience includes roles in sales support at Jaguar Land Rover and education lead positions at GovNet. They also hold a Bachelor's degree in Film & TV Production from York St. John University.
