Simon Davies

Simon Davies is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management. From October 2018 to September 2024, Simon served as the People and Culture Manager at Primark, holding a Level 5 CIPD qualification. Prior to this role, Simon accumulated significant experience at Tesco between September 2015 and March 2019, progressing through various positions including Tesco People Manager, Section Manager, Customer Assistant, Convenience Store Manager, and Senior Manager.
