Luis E Valencia

Luis E. Valencia is the Jefe Ambiental y Social T&D Energía at EPM, where they lead the environmental and social management of transmission and distribution projects and operations. They have held multiple roles since joining EPM in 2006, including Jefe Unidad Planeación Gestión Humana and Director Gestión Calidad de Vida, focusing on organizational development and employee well-being. Luis studied at UNAC, graduating with a degree in Business Administration, and further specialized in management with an emphasis on marketing. Additionally, they completed advanced leadership training at El Colegio de Altos Estudios de Quirma in 2018.
