Mike Sara has a work experience spanning over several decades. Mike started their career at Calibaro in 1994, where they served as the CEO for over two decades, until September 2015. In 2016, they joined EPMA as the Vice President for PPM Solutions (EMEA) and later became the Sr. Vice President for Workforce Solutions in January 2022.
Mike Sara has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the American University of Beirut.
