Bret Cindy has held various leadership roles in the social and healthcare sectors, demonstrating a strong commitment to community service. Currently serving as the Director of EPNAK Normandie since 2025, Bret oversees multiple establishments and services, impacting the healthcare landscape in the Normandy region. Previously, Bret managed a large housing portfolio at Habitat 76 from 2018 to 2025, and served as the director of various health and social organizations, including Junior Senior and Les Opalines. Bret obtained a master’s degree in management of social and medical establishments from IAE Caen between 2012 and 2014.
