We pride ourselves on these company values:

Customer Focus
We wouldn’t be where we are without our customers and we know the options for refurbished units are abundant. What sets us apart is our dedication to a positive customer experience, whether it’s the personal touch of our customer service or the meticulous care our technicians put into each product, down to the very last screw.

Resourcefulness
We seek to foster a creative, collaborative environment of free flowing ideas -- we don’t believe in gatekeeping! We achieve this by leveraging the unique strengths and talents of our incredible team members and minimizing our footprint of e-waste by utilizing our available resources to create the best solution for our customers.

Family Atmosphere
Our tight-knit team is built on a foundation of inclusion and openness, as well as personal and professional flexibility. We’ve created a comfortable environment where our employees know their voices are heard, feedback is freely given and graciously taken, and we hold each other accountable.

Empowering
We feel that instilling confidence in our team's creative ideas and trusting their decisions empowers them to continue learning and growing. Buying refurbished can be a confusing process, so we also believe in empowering our customers to understand what they’re purchasing, and how to find the best solution for them, even if it’s not with us.
