We partner with elite teams, national federations and governing bodies to advise, recruit and develop senior leaders and their teams, globally.
We recognise that there is a fundamental disconnect at the heart of our industry: sports organisations that accept nothing less than excellence on the field of play are concerningly comfortable with mediocrity off it.
Our work at EPP is therefore driven by one core belief: that to win on the field you have to be built to win off it.
Born from sport, our approach is personal, our insight is unique and our access is unrivalled.

We build unbeatable teams.
