EPP
Rafal Kwiatkowski is the Chief Operations Officer at EPP since February 2017. Prior to this role, Rafal served as the Commercial Proxy at Echo Investment S.A. from February 2003 to January 2017, overseeing Echo Investment Property Management activities. Additionally, Rafal has experience as a Chief Legal Officer and in-house lawyer at various companies such as Barlinek SA and Opoczno S.A. Rafal is a qualified Legal Advisor with a Master's degree in Law from Wydział Prawa i Administracji UAM.
