Asset Management

The Asset Management team at EPP is responsible for maximizing the value and performance of the company's real estate portfolio. This involves overseeing the leasing, operational management, and strategic planning of 35 projects, comprising retail properties and office complexes. The team's core tasks include optimizing tenant mix, enhancing property value, and ensuring attractive and well-maintained spaces to support tenant businesses, ultimately aiming to provide the highest possible returns for shareholders and joint venture partners.
