Jennifer (Marshall) Patterson is the Director of the Institute of Theology and Public Life at Reformed Theological Seminary, a position held since 2019. Previously, they served as Vice President at The Heritage Foundation and held various roles, including Director of Domestic Policy Studies and Senior Visiting Fellow at the same organization. With extensive experience in policy analysis, education, and administration, Jennifer contributed to the Family Research Council as an Education Policy Analyst and worked as a teacher/administrator in France. Their academic credentials include a PhD from The Catholic University of America and a Master's from Reformed Theological Seminary. Currently, they are also a Senior Fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center.
