Jérôme Delaunay has extensive work experience in the biotechnology and sales industries. Jérôme has held various roles at different companies throughout their career. At Eppendorf Group, they started as a Technical Sales Representative in 2005 and gradually advanced to become the Market Head of Private and Industry Segment in 2013. Jérôme then served as the Sales Zone Director for the France Pharma/Biotech & Applied Markets division before taking on the role of Head of Commercial Operations France. In these positions, Jérôme was responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and maintaining key account relationships. Prior to Eppendorf Group, they worked as a Sales Representative at Life Tech (Invitrogen) and as a Trainee Researcher at Institut de Génétique Humaine (CNRS).
Jérôme Delaunay obtained a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Montpellier from 2000 to 2004. Jérôme also pursued a DEA in Biology and Health from the same university in 1998-1999. In terms of additional certifications, Jérôme received a Professional Selling Skills Certificate from Achieve Global in 2004 and has gained professional certifications in Professional Sales Coaching from Korn Ferry and Culture of Kaizen from LinkedIn in 2021, as well as Winning Account Strategy from AchieveGlobal France in 2010.
