Malcom Brower

Malcom Brower is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in field service engineering and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Field Service Engineer at Eppendorf Group since January 2018, Malcom is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of lab products, as well as providing onsite training and managing daily work orders. Malcom previously excelled as a Senior Field Service Technician, achieving recognition as the #1 US Field Service Technician in 2020 and 2021. Prior to Eppendorf, Malcom worked as an Operations Manager at Ben & Jerry's from May 2013 to January 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing sales and production operations across multiple states, ensuring quality service, and managing supply logistics. Malcom holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, obtained in 2017.
