Michael Fehse

VP Process Support & Digitalization In Operations & Innovations at Eppendorf

Michael Fehse has held various roles throughout their work experience. Michael began their career in 1987 at IBM as a Project Manager for Business Process Engineering and worked there until 1992. Following that, they joined GlaxoSmithKline as the CIO for Germany from 1992 to 2000. In 2000, Fehse moved to Schüco International KG as the Corporate CIO for a short period before joining Eppendorf Group as the VP of IT & BPM. Michael later transitioned to the role of VP Process Support & Digitalization in Operations & Innovations at Eppendorf Group in September 2020.

Michael Fehse completed their Master's degree in Engineering - Applied Thermo- and Fluiddynamics from the University of Duisburg-Essen from 1981 to 1985. Michael then pursued a berufsbegleitend Aufbaustudium in Applied Computerscienes at FernUniversität in Hagen from 1985 to 2005. In 1996 to 1997, they attended Universitätsseminar der Wirtschaft in Schloss Gracht for General Management studies. Additionally, they obtained a Special Qualification Training in Systems Engineering for complex technical systems in production & defence from the IBM Training Center in 1985 to 1986. Michael also holds a TOGAF 9.2 Enterprise Architecture Framework Certification from The Open Group.
