Michael Strutz

Michael Strutz is an experienced project manager currently with Eppendorf Group since August 2020. Prior to this role, Michael Strutz spent over two decades at Autoliv, where responsibilities included leading the first scrum team for product cost reduction and new seatbelt development, improving costs and processes as a Product Family Team Leader, serving as a Scrum Master for the initial prototype Scrum Team, and overseeing the implementation of a new product family from concept to serial production. Michael Strutz also led an interdisciplinary task force to address product and process challenges and developed various plastic components for retractors, alongside providing critical support for car projects and die-casting approvals.
