Steffen Schupp

Steffen Schupp currently serves as the Head of Global Operations Strategy at Eppendorf since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading the Global Operations Strategy Team, implementing global strategies with CxO functions, and managing strategic projects to enhance growth and profitability. Prior to this, Schupp held various positions within Eppendorf, including Senior Manager Global Industrial Engineering. With experience in consulting for industrial companies through ONEFACTORY GmbH and DRIVE Consulting, as well as significant roles at Schunk Group and Buderus Guss GmbH, Schupp has developed expertise in production planning and operational optimization. Schupp is pursuing a PhD at RWTH Aachen University and holds an MBA in Engineering Management, alongside a Master of Science in Business Administration & Engineering.
