Terence Tay, PhD, MBA, has a diverse and accomplished career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles across multiple companies. At IDEXX, Terence served as Product Care Manager, successfully launching new products and enhancing training programs. As Customer Experience Manager, Terence improved onboarding processes and developed standardized training content. At Merck Life Science, Terence managed customer service operations and led customer experience initiatives. In the current role as Head of Service at Eppendorf Group, Terence drives service operations, focusing on customer satisfaction and process improvements. Previous experience includes managing operations at Abcam KK, where Terence streamlined team workflows, and establishing a subsidiary as Business Planning Manager at 7Holdings. Terence holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Veterinary Anatomy from The University of Tokyo, an MBA from GLOBIS University, and advanced degrees in Conservation Biology and Zoology from the National University of Malaysia. Terence also studied Japanese at the Tokyo Nihongo Kyouiku Center.
