Chris Plating has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to present. Chris started their career as an intern at Erwin-Penland in 2000 and continued to work there in various roles until 2008. Chris then joined Hill Holliday as an Account Executive, where they worked until 2012. In that time, they also held positions as a Consumer Insights Analyst/Strategist and a Strategist. Following their time at Hill Holliday, Chris worked at Mullen as a Senior Planner/Analyst and later as an Associate Planning Director. Chris joined EP+Co in 2014, initially as the VP of Brand Strategy, and then served as the SVP, Director of Planning before eventually becoming the Chief Strategy Officer, a position they currently hold.
Chris Plating attended Wake Forest University from 2002 to 2006. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Business. Chris also chose minors in Psychology and Religion as part of their studies.
