Greg Silvers

Gregory Silvers serves as the CEO of EPR Properties, a position held since 1998, where significant contributions include positioning the company as a leader in real estate capital for public charter schools, resulting in over $1 billion in investments within ten years. Previously, Gregory worked as the Chief Development Officer and General Counsel at EPR Properties, fostering long-term relationships with theater operators and expanding business into the Recreation segment. Gregory's career also includes roles as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, where responsibilities included acquisitions and asset management as the company grew substantially. Prior experiences include serving as an Associate in the Real Estate Department at Stinson, Mag & Fizzell and as a System Engineer at both Volume Shoe Corporation and Electronic Data Systems. Gregory holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
