Paul Cook

Paul Cook has extensive experience in customer success and management, currently serving as CSM Ambassador for UK & EMEA at eProductivity Software since March 2024. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at Tharstern from 1998 to 2025, including Head of Customer Happiness and Customer Success Manager. Additionally, Paul worked as New Projects Manager at Tharstern Ltd and as IT Program Manager at SP Group. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Software Consultant for Mosaic MIS in New Zealand and Australia. Paul holds a degree in Economics from the University of Sunderland and has educational roots at Nelson & Colne College and Walton High School.
