EPS was founded in 1996 as a software wholesaler specializing in the Graphic Arts sector. It began its journey with the manufacturer Luminous, one of the most prolific and visionary software developers of the time. In addition to established products like the OPI Color Central server, the PressWise page imposition program, and the TrapWise trapping tool, they introduced other innovative products such as OPEN, for task automation, and PrintersWeb, an advanced web-based solution to streamline and automate relationships between creators and printers.
Soon after, EPS recognized the potential of the PDF format and signed distribution agreements with manufacturers whose products leveraged the capabilities of this format. At that time, EPS also established distribution agreements with well-known and established companies such as Enfocus.
Alongside these activities, EPS opened another business line related to what is now known as Digital Asset Management (DAM). In this area, EPS maintains agreements with various developers to meet the needs of clients who need to manage from thousands to millions of files.
Finally, in parallel with its product distribution business, and as a result of its extensive experience, EPS also offers consulting, training, and turnkey project development focused on workflows, process automation and standardization, and DAM solutions.
