Stephen Falloon

Stephen Falloon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the chemical industry. Currently serving as Vice President/General Manager at EPS since June 2023, Stephen has previously held significant positions at Synthomer as Vice President of Innovation and Sustainability and Vice President of Business and Strategic Marketing. Prior to Synthomer, Stephen was Vice President & General Manager at OMNOVA Solutions for both Specialty Coatings, Adhesives and Surface Treatments and Performance Materials. Stephen's career began at Chemtura Corporation, where multiple key roles contributed to the Flame Retardants global leadership team and drove substantial revenue growth. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of South Carolina and a Post Doctoral Study in Organometallic Chemistry from the University of Utah, along with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Delaware.
