Felicia Paramo

Felicia Paramo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer relations, program administration, quality systems, legal assistance, and general clerical work. Currently serving as a Customer Relations Specialist at ePS since March 2024, Felicia previously held the position of Program Administrator at EWIE Co., Inc. from August 2022 to March 2024.
