Lisa Doane is an experienced professional with a diverse background in implementation, account management, and customer service. Currently serving as an Implementation Specialist at ePS since January 2019, Lisa oversees projects for application launches and ensures timely completion of implementation tasks. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Strategic Account Manager and Customer Service Supervisor at ePS, managing key supplier accounts and a large volunteer base at Kensington Community Church. Throughout earlier career stages, Lisa held various roles at Jawood, Ketchum Public Relations, Rogers and Associates, and Entertainment Publications, demonstrating strong skills in recruiting, account management, and public relations. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Journalism and Political Science from Central Michigan University.
