Heather Adams has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning, organizational development, and talent acquisition. Heather has held various leadership positions in reputable companies such as EPS Learning, Otus, Reading Plus, OnLogic, Mi9 Retail, Vermont Federal Credit Union, Northlands Job Corps Center, Cornell Trading, Inc, and BOMBARDIER. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing HR programs, developing employment policies, supporting workforce planning, and ensuring legal compliance. Heather Adams holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from the University of Vermont, which they obtained between 1992 and 1996. In 2008, they obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Heather also holds an additional certification as a PI Analyst from The Predictive Index, obtained in 2009. Furthermore, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), first in 2014 and then as a Senior Certified Professional in February 2015.
