Migg Scherrer

Migg Scherrer has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Migg started their career in 2000 at ELCA Informatique SA / ELCA Informatik AG as a Computer Science Professional. Migg then worked at RTC Real-Time Center AG (Berner Kantonalbank AG) as a Project- and Team-Leader, IT-Architect, and Software Developer.

In 2004, Migg embarked on various projects abroad, combining a round-the-world tour with different working projects such as working as an Electronics/Mechanical Technician, Managing Director, Instructor, and Skipper. Throughout this time, they also engaged in adventure projects and contributed to publications and photo shoots.

In 2007, Migg joined lean2agile.ch as a Partner, providing a wide range of services including Interim CxO, Strategy and Business Consultant, Lean and Agile Coach, and Senior Software Developer for various clients.

In 2013, they became a Lecturer/Instructor in Computer Science, Management, and Leadership at ibW Höhere Fachschule Südostschweiz.

In 2015, Migg took on multiple roles at EPS Software Engineering AG, including COO and Management Consultant, Coach, Business and Data Analyst, Project Manager, and Enterprise and Solution Architect. During this time, they worked on projects for clients such as Bühler Group AG and Num AG.

Migg also held the position of IoT/Cloud Program and Project Manager, Enterprise and Solution Product Owner, and Enterprise and Agile Coach at Bühler Group from 2015 to 2020, where they contributed to the development of an IoT platform on Microsoft Azure.

In 2020, Migg joined phios ag as a Digital and Innovation Officer (CDIO).

Migg Scherrer earned a MAS ETH MTEC/BWI degree in Strategic Management from ETH Zürich from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a diploma in Electrical Engineering (Dipl. El. Ing. FH) from HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil from 1997 to 2000 and another degree as an Electronics Technician from GBS Gewerbliches Berufs- und Weiterbildungszentrum St. Gallen from 1990 to 1994. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant (SPC) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020, the ISO 27001 Lead Auditor - Information Security Certification from BSI in 2018, the Professional Scrum Product Owner certificate from Scrum.org in 2018, the Internet of Things (IoT) for IT- & Software Architecture certificate from Digicomp Academy AG in 2016, and the Professional Scrum Master certificate from Scrum.org in 2013. Migg is currently pursuing further education at thePower, although specific details about the degree and field of study have not been provided.
