The Thermal Spray industry is currently facing a significant challenge: few new operators and engineers juxtaposed with a wave of experienced professionals entering retirement. Meanwhile, our clients continue to demand rapid developments and unparalleled quality.

In this landscape, the successful thermal spray shops are those equipped with the necessary resources to innovate with new products and effectively maintain legacy ones.
