Patrick Bidegaray

Patrick Bidegaray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service design, organizational transformation, and performance improvement within the public sector. They held multiple roles at Mazars from 2019 to 2021, including Partner, and later became a Partner at EPSA, managing the Public Division until 2023. Patrick has also served as Head of Group Internal Transformation and began their career as a junior consultant at Sopra Steria in 2007. They hold a Grande École degree in Political Science and Government from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Grenoble, and a Master’s in Management and Project Management from ESCP Europe.
