Liz Hardaker

Liz Hardaker has extensive work experience in the field of biology and pharmaceutical research. Liz is currently the VP of Biology at Epsilogen Ltd, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, Liz worked at AstraZeneca where they held the positions of Senior Director, Associate Director, and Team Leader in the Oncology group from 2016 to 2023. Liz was a Group Leader in In Vitro Pharmacology at Evotec from 2014 to 2016. Before that, Liz worked at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research as an Investigator III from 2011 to 2014 and as an Investigator II from 2009 to 2011. Liz also worked at Novartis as an Investigator I from 2007 to 2009. Liz started their career at Imperial College London as a Postdoctoral Researcher, where they conducted multiple projects focusing on pulmonary inflammation and anti-inflammatory therapies. Liz also completed their PhD at Imperial College London, specializing in the effect of an IKK2 inhibitor on markers of inflammation.

Liz Hardaker completed their education at the University of Bath from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Masters of Biochemistry degree with a specialization in Biochemistry. Prior to that, they attended Sevenoaks from 1991 to 1998, although no degree or field of study information was provided for this period.
