Epsilon designs and builds prefabricated modular utility systems in an integrated factory environment, providing solutions for our clients that are better, faster and easier.

Better: Designed, manufactured, and installed by a single source to deliver efficient layouts and robust quality.

Faster: Factory-built in parallel with field work, for on-site installation in a fraction of the time.

Easier: Turnkey design through installation reduces coordination requirements while eliminating clashes and confusion.

Epsilon’s modular, off-site constructed projects include chiller plants (water and air cooled), boiler plants (steam and hot water), electrical switch-gear and UPS systems, integrated air handling systems, specialized pumping, controls, and similar systems. We provide our clients with a single-point source for supply and installation services - delivering turnkey projects that streamline the entire process, from shipping and rigging through start-up and training.
