Cathy Richardson is the Director of Technical Project Management at Epsilon, where they lead client teams, manage platform enhancement projects, and drive continuous improvement through process efficiencies. With prior experience as an Office Manager at VMI Property Management and a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Sun Life Financial, Cathy has developed a strong skill set in operations management, project coordination, and client relationship building. Cathy is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management at Suffolk University, achieving Cum Laude honors.
